Complimentary Consultation

To help you determine if we would be a good fit, I offer a free 30-minute consultation online or In-person at my North Burnaby office. You can meet me, see the space, learn more about counselling, and discuss how we would work together on your needs and goals.

Individual Counselling

Online or In-person
$135 for 1 hour session
$200 for 1 hour 30 minute session
Registered CVAP counsellor
Registered FNHA counsellor
I do have limited spots for sliding scale clients, if finances are a barrier we can discuss options

Couples/ Relationship Counselling

Online or In-person
$160 for 1 hour session
$230 for 1 hour 30 minute session
Open to LGBTQ2S+, polyamorous, and CNM relationships

Reduced Cost Counselling

I offer a reduced cost counselling option for students.
$100 for 1 hour session
