Complimentary Consultation

To help you determine if we would be a good fit, I offer a free 30-minute consultation in-person, online, or over the phone. You can meet me, see my office space in North Burnaby, learn more about counselling, and discuss how we would work together on your needs and goals.

Individual Counselling

$150 for 1 hour session
$220 for 1 hour 30 minute session
Registered CVAP counsellor
Registered FNHA counsellor
I have limited spots for sliding scale clients, if finances are a barrier we can discuss options

Couples/ Relationship Counselling

In-person, or Online
$175 for 1 hour session
$260 for 1 hour 30 minute session
Open to LGBTQ2S+, polyamorous, and CNM relationships

Reduced Cost Counselling

I offer a reduced cost counselling option for students.
$100 for 1 hour session
